Press Release: ProV Wins Two Bronze  Awards at the 12th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

ProV has been recognized for its outstanding services and achievements with a Bronze Stevie in two categories: Customer Service Call Center Practice Of The Year, 2018 and Customer Service Outsourcing Provider Of Year, 2018.

The awards add further credence to ProV’s remarkable dedication towards customer satisfaction. This is the 3rd time ProV has been recognized by the Stevie Awards jury, with ProV CEO, Ajit Nair, having won the Best MIS Executive of the year in 2006 in Computer Software & Services, and ProV winning the Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year category in 2017.   

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the amongst the world’s top most honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 600 executives from all over the US and several other nations were present at the ceremony. More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide across seven specialized judging committees.
