Chennai, India: ProV International Inc., a premier IT service delivery organization headquartered in Tampa, Florida and having a presence in 5 other countries is pleased to announce that it has achieved recertification for its Chennai (India) delivery center with the internationally recognized standard for information security management practices- ISO 27001:2013.
ProV had achieved the ISO 27001:2013 certification in June 2017 for its delivery center in Chennai, previously located in Teynampet, Chennai. But, having invested in a brand-new location and office premises in February 2018, at 7th Floor, CeeDeeYes Fortune Towers, 200 Feet Road, Pallikarani, Chennai, India, ProV once again applied for the recertification to continue its commitment to its clients for having the best practices and security measures in place. ProV was awarded the recertification on June 15, 2018.
The ISO 27001 standard is meant to help businesses keep critical data secure by stipulating the necessities for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving information security management systems and techniques. ProV was assessed against the framework and guidelines of the International Organization for Standardization’s information security management system (ISMS). This included measurement by an external evaluator of ProV’s people, processes and technology against the ISMS framework before getting approval.
The recertification highlights the company’s unwavering commitment to info security control implementation, as it continues to forge markets across the world and adds further credence to ProV’s operational excellence.
