Douglas Florencio is an experienced Technology Manager, Sales Specialist and a Digital Transformation enthusiast. He started his career as a Software Developer when he was 17. He then moved on to senior positions in IT Management, became an Operations Director and helped drive revenue as the Head of Sales (IT) for the various organizations in which he was part.
In his years of experience, he was involved in over 20 successful projects. All the projects Douglas was involved in were of high complexity. He managed to complete the technical integration processes of many systems helping companies achieve customer satisfaction and grow their business.
Douglas specializes in working for industries such as banking and public water. He has extensive experience in sales management, generating customer leads, and creating BID reviews. He also has technical expertise of CRM and customer service management systems, along with functional knowledge and experience of consulting and system integrations. His varied work experience has seen him travel around the world for deals and projects including Rome, Turin, London, Paris, Santiago, Lima, Buenos Aires, Dubai, amongst others.
As the new Sales Vice President for ProV, Douglas will bring his multi-cultural and multi-model methodologies to create new opportunities for the company.
