Position# 1 

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

 

Title:Revision Request Associate 

 

Reports to :Management System Support Manager 

 

This position has the following areas of responsibility: 
 

  • Responsible for accurate and timely handling of revision requests  
  • Contribute in maintaining management system with up-to-date and correct content  
  • Create drafts of requested change in process flow, organizational chart, job description, and reference documents from offshore and onshore users of management system  
  • Proof reads the content for inaccuracy, inconsistency, misspelled words, wrong grammar, and non-compliance in formatting parameter  
  • Send queries and clarification to requester, reviewer, and content owners to ensure that instruction is complete, compliant with standard convention, and relevant  
  • Implement changes in process flow, organizational chart, job description, and reference documents that has been approved by reviewer and content owner 
  • Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time 

 

 

Position# 2 

 

JOB TITLE:  Senior Technical Recruiter

DEPARTMENT NAME: Recruitment (ProV Internal)

DOTTED-LINE RELATIONSHIPS: Engagement Managers, Hiring Managers, Project Managers, Sales Manager 

 

The Senior Recruiter works hand in hand with the Recruitment Manager in delivering and achieving the recruitment team’s target and provide assistance in developing continual programs and processes to improve recruitment efforts. 

 

Proactively identifies qualified talent for multiple functions for ProV International. This full lifecycle role develops creative sourcing strategies, interviews and screens candidates and manages the candidate process through the on-boarding stage. 

 

You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. 

 

  • Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for IT, non-IT and office support positions. 
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. 
  • Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology. 
  • Provides up to date reporting to Recruitment Manager 
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • 7 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment is required. 
  • At least 3 years experience in a IT/BPO set up 
  • Strong background on account management and service level agreements 
  • Experienced Technical Recruiter or Recruiter with proven track record of closing multiple positions in a month, must have an average of 5-10 hires per month. 
  • Supervisory/Team Lead Experience preferred 
  • Exposed to volume and core IT recruitment

Position# 3

 

Title: Compliance Officer 

Reports to: VP for Operations and Delivery 

 

Job Summary 

Compliance Officer will be Data Privacy Officer and ISMR of ProV International.  

As DPO he/she takes the lead role responsible for overseeing data protection strategy and implementation within the organization to ensure compliance with National Privacy Commission and other governing bodies. 

As ISMR he/she will oversee the establishment and maintenance of Information Security Management System through internal audit and Management Review  

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Monitors PIC/PIPs compliance with Data Privacy Act, its IRR, issuances and other applicable laws and policies. 
  • Checks compliance with data privacy legal requirement and recommend accreditations and certifications when necessary 
  • Leads the conduct of Privacy Impact Assessment and recommend programs and measures to guarantee protection of personal information 
  • Advise the PIC or PIP regarding complaints and/or the exercise by data subject of their rights 
  • Ensure proper handling of data breach and security incident management 

 

Position# 4

 

Title:.Net Developer 

 

Reports to :Project Manager/Engagement Manager 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Work with the service developed within the team but also ensure a good integration with other teams  
  • Work with deadlines and in close cooperation with customers, internal or external. 
  • Other duties/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time.

Position# 5

 

Position : Sales Executive 

Reports to:  Sales Manager 

 

Job Description 

  • Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization. 
  • Generate new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings/appointments or conference calls with potential customers. 
  • Manage at least 120 calls and 25-30 emails per day 
  • Business to Business experience an advantage 
  • Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps. 
  • Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time. 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor/College or Associate Degree 
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Lead Generation and Outbound Sales. 
  • Preferably Mid to Senior Level with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Must have sales or customer service background, results oriented, team player, energetic and self-motivated. 
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Female candidates only and must be willing to work night shift. 
  • Willing to work in Makati City
