Job Description
Responsible for managing all operations which includes achievement of Profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
Creating annual budgets and detailed annual business operating plan – which is a plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Creating and submitting to the management /board, business performance reports periodically.
Recruiting and retaining human resources, required for achievement of business objectives.
Continually mentor and train human resources to achieve higher level of performance metrics in terms of quality and timeline and in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements with the clients.
Interact with clients periodically to assess client satisfaction index and opportunities to expand the service offerings.
Continually focus on building systems for improving operational excellence, business development and increase in profitability.
Focus on customer satisfaction
Help sales Team sell more services
Suggest new ways to grow ProV especially in future technologies
Key Skills and qualifications
Engineering graduate with management qualification.
Experience in management of contracts, financial planning and management.
Ability to build client relationship through high standards of customer service.
Excellent networking skills
Excellent people management skills.
Good exposure to process think and monitoring performance metrics
