ProV is seeking a top-notch project manager to help make sure our customers maximize the benefits they receive from implementing our IFS application. This isn’t the typical project management role you’ll find at other companies. This is for fast-paced, motivated individuals that display the leadership qualities necessary to bring together diverse teams of both internal and external stakeholders and guide them to a successful project completion.

We are looking for an energetic individual who loves to lead, proactively communicates, and is experienced managing complex software implementation projects. This person will have at their disposal IFS’ extensive resource network, industry leading software solutions, and reach back to the subject matter experts required to be successful. This position has a direct impact on ensuring we maintain the high level of customer satisfaction and ability for reference we’ve built our reputation on.

Habilidades obrigatórias

• Must hold a PMP certification with “Good Standing” status.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

• Preferrable 8- 10 years’ experience in successfully managing IFS ERP implementation and integration programs.

• Experience organizing and executing projects using a variety of methodologies, including vendor defined, waterfall, and agile.

• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a company in a similar industry leading project. (EPC Industry)

• Presentation skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization and applicable to different cultures; the ability to produce professional presentations with appropriate and carefully targeted messaging.

• Proactively drives program actions with the wider team ensuring productivity is high and the project remains on target.

• Successful management of indirect reports and leadership of cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience in change management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10+ years of experience required in overall IFS ERP project handling

• Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate bi-directionally with the client and project team.

• Project and Resource Planning: Work to define scope, tasks, deliverables, resources requirements and align organization against integrated project plan(s)

• Lead day to day execution, facilitate communication and drive progress against plan(s)

• Track issues, prioritize and drive timely resolution.

• Monitor and manage project risks and escalate as needed.

• Assist in completion of project deliverables as needed, include, solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, training plans, etc.

• Ensure efficient change control methods and process are followed as per the PMO guidelines.

• Prepare project status reporting and communicate program status to broad stakeholders, including program leadership and PMO and at daily/weekly/monthly reviews.

• Improve the organizations competencies in project management and delivery of software related projects.

Vendor Management: Effectively engage vendor implementation team, defining statements of work, ensuring quality of deliverables, and managing to schedule.
