Pflichtkenntnisse

  • A Qualified Software Engineer with minimum 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing of ITSM and Non-ITSM processes. Worked as Lead Developer/Consultant. Experience in implementation of various ServiceNow Modules.
  • Have experience in working with multi-tenant Instances and dedicated Instances.
  • Managed multiple projects at a time with zero escalation.
  • Well experienced in working with Global customers right from gathering the requirements till end user trainings.
  • Defined technical specifications and solutions through the analysis of requirements.
  • Coordinated coding, testing, implementation and integration and documentation of solution.
  • Worked on Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Modules end to end with making an easy-to-use process change to form changes.
  • Customized various modules as per the requirements from process owners.
  • Troubleshooting Errors, Issues and create Root Cause Analysis. Requirement analysis, review, recommendations, and implementation for ITSM related modules as per the best practices.
  • Experience in working on both client-side and server-side scripting.
  • Configured many Catalog Items, Record Producer and Order Guide.
  • Customizations using Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policy, Workflows, Email Notifications, Access Controls, Tables, Forms, Script Include, Business Rule, Scheduled Jobs, ACL, Inbound actions etc. Data Imports using Import Sets and transform Maps. Created Automated test Frames for post upgrade testing. Developed flow Designer for several Service Catalogs.
  • Experienced in creating Widgets, Pages, Menus for service portal.
  • Process knowledge of Customer Service Management.
  • Experience on Scripted REST integration.
  • Worked on an MIM Integration through Service Catalog to send data using Script Includes, Scripted REST API’s and Business Rules

Certifications / education needed:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT or equivalent
