<p>Job Duties:<br />
Analyze system and user requirements, procedures and problems to assist in the design, development, and implementation and testing of existing or new computer systems.<br />
Collect and analyze stakeholder’s requirements through user interviews, small group requirement sessions and evaluating users.<br />
Examine, negotiate and confirm requirements and negotiate the scope.<br />
Prioritize requirements, locate dependency and conflicts and review requirements with stakeholders.<br />
Create diagrams or other models for the requirements and integrate research and development features.<br />
Define and document technical design specifications and validate business requirements against the technical design.  Evaluate requirements for quality and manage/maintain integrity and accuracy of the requirements as project progresses. Document program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer program.<br />
Ensure compliance of requirements deliverables and processes with SDLC &#038; CMMi.<br />
Closely coordinate with technical leads/ developers for validation and estimation of requirements complexity.<br />
Conduct product research/benchmarking; assess/validate impacts of new/changes to existing processes and tools; facilitate/provide options and recommend solutions.<br />
Perform testing as a quality check to ensure business and data quality requirements have been addressed in the solution.  Create testing plan and test scripts, coordinate testing efforts with end users, validate defects and track/communicate testing progress with the stakeholders.<br />
Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Coordinate end user training and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions.</p>
<p>Minimum Educ/Exp:	Bachelor Degree or equivalent in CS/Eng/EE or related and five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience. </p>

<p><strong>Professional profile:</strong><br />
•	Several years of experience working in large networking environments based on Cisco networking technology.<br />
•	Highly skilled in implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support in relation to network services in a global environment.<br />
•	Ability to document highly technical content in a well-structured and understandable format.<br />
•	Relevant technical education with Cisco certifications on CCNP, CCVP or CCSP level – or equivalent level of knowledge.<br />
•	Ability to accept high level assignments and work with limited supervision and guidance.<br />
•	Ability to analyze, evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network operations.<br />
•	Ability to speak and write fluent English.<br />
•	Ability to work well within a team.<br />
