Business Challenge

One of the nation’s largest HMO’s had an immediate need for a highly specialized team of IT consultants. The project scope was to assess the existing network infrastructure, review proposed and recommend new technologies, and write design specifications that enabled web deliveries across the existing network to and from the portal.

ProV’s Solution

ProV’s accurately assessed the HMO’s needs and set about recruiting five, highly specialized consultants with solid credentials on similar projects. After rigorous scrutiny, ProV placed its team to work in the client’s offices under the client’s supervision.

Results

The ProV team took only 90 days to develop and present design specifications to the client’s Corporate Governance Committee. They green-lighted the $16 million dollar project based on ProV’s excellent work.
