Ajit Nair is the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of ProV International. In addition to his success with ProV International, he was honored as the Best MIS & IT Executive in the 2006 International Business Awards (Stevies) and was a finalist for the Best Executive Award in the 2006 American Business Awards.

Nair was raised in India, where he focused his studies in the area of engineering and technology. In 1991 he came to the US and worked in marketing and technology, initially in Michigan and then in California. In 1998 he founded a computer integrations firm in San Jose, California and later sold this multi-million dollar business to a technology giant in 2003.

In 2003, Nair relocated to Tampa, Florida and founded ProV International. ProV International is a premier Information Technology services provider. From its inception in 2003, the company has experienced phenomenal growth by working with industry leaders to resolve business issues through comprehensive IT sourcing, services, and customer driven solutions.

Nair is an active member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE), a group of successful Indian entrepreneurs who focuses on ideas to grow businesses and contribute back to their communities.

Ajit Nair holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bombay University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Utah State University.

Shiv Subramaniam

Chief Finance Controller

Shiv Subramanian has over 14 years of international experience in Finance and Business Management spread across the Manufacturing, Banking and IT sectors. He is responsible for ProV’s overall financial operations as well as day to day operational activities.

Prior to ProV, he was associated with Ajit Nair at Aces International and was one of the key members in the merger, acquisition, and transition processes when Aces was acquired in 2003.

Shiv holds a Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting and Audit from Bombay University.

John Killion

Country Manager - Philippines

John Killion is a senior executive with an extensive experience and skills in all aspects of Information Technology. Killion is ProV International’s CIO and Country Manager – Philippines. He brings over 20 years of Engineering and IT experience from Fortune 100 organizations, extending over various industries – Finance, Defense, Communications and Automotive. Killion has held IT leadership roles in various functional areas, such as R & D, sales & marketing, manufacturing & engineering. He brings solid leadership skills in architecture, hardware & software development, operational support and deployment of mission critical software solutions for business & manufacturing operations on a global basis.

John Killion is currently working on his Doctorate Degree in Organizational Management (DM/IST). He currently holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska.
