Ajit Nair
CEO, Founder
Chairman of the Board
Ajit Nair is the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and
CEO of ProV International. In addition to his
success with ProV International, he was honored as
the Best MIS & IT Executive in the 2006
International Business Awards (Stevies) and was a
finalist for the Best Executive Award in the 2006
American Business Awards.
Nair was raised in India, where he focused his
studies in the area of engineering and technology.
In 1991 he came to the US and worked in marketing
and technology, initially in Michigan and then in
California. In 1998 he founded a computer
integrations firm in San Jose, California and later
sold this multi-million dollar business to a
technology giant in 2003.
In 2003, Nair relocated to Tampa, Florida and
founded ProV International. ProV International is a
premier Information Technology services provider.
From its inception in 2003, the company has
experienced phenomenal growth by working with
industry leaders to resolve business issues through
comprehensive IT sourcing, services, and customer
driven solutions.
Nair is an active member of The Indus Entrepreneurs
(TIE), a group of successful Indian entrepreneurs
who focuses on ideas to grow businesses and
contribute back to their communities.
Ajit Nair holds a Bachelor of Engineering from
Bombay University and a Master’s degree in Business
Administration from the Utah State University.

John Flavio
Board Director
Varolii Corporation
John Flavio, is Varolii Corporation’s
Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this appointment, he
served as a member of Varolii Corporation’s Board of
Directors for more than a year. He brings with him more than
30 years of financial achievements. Flavio recently served
as CFO of Postini, an on-demand communications security,
compliance and productivity solutions company. He was also
SVP and CFO for Keynote Systems Inc., a provider of Web
performance measurement, testing and management services,
where he lead a successful IPO and secondary offering.
Flavio has also served as the CFO for Mosaix Inc., where he
was instrumental in the company’s sale to Lucent
Technologies.
John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a
strong professional and academic background that includes a
bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University.

Jim Lynch
President & COO
Board Director
Jim Lynch , ProV International’s co-Founder,
President and Chief Operating Officer, is a former
Corporate Officer for AT&T. During his 22 year
career at AT&T, Mr. Lynch held various sales and
operations management positions. Representing AT&T
to its largest clients, Mr Lynch had numerous
interactions with C-level executives of Fortune 1000
corporations. When Jim retired from AT&T in 2001, he
was Vice President of a global sales organization
responsible for AT&T’s largest corporate accounts,
which collectively had annual billings of more than
$4 Billion (USD).
In 2001 Mr Lynch formed Executive Rainmakers
Enterprise LLC, a privately held corporation engaged
in sales consulting and executive relationship
building. As the Founder and President of ERE, Jim
leveraged his wide range of executive relationships
to help small businesses grow their markets. It is
through this business that Mr. Lynch met Mr. Ajit
Nair, who was then the owner of Aces International.
Aces became a client of Executive Rainmakers and in
the process Mr. Lynch and Mr. Nair formed a strong
business relationship.
After Aces was sold to a technology giant in 2003,
Lynch and Nair started a new business venture which
is now called ProV International.
Apart from his current management responsibilities
at ProV International Mr. Lynch is also a Member of
the Board of Directors of the following
organizations: Hunterdon Medical Center, Hunterdon
Healthcare Partners and Hunterdon Healthcare
Systems.
Jim Lynch, lives in New Jersey with his wife of 31
years. They have raised eight children and have one
grandson.

Timothy Murray
Board Director
EVP, Cross Match Technologies
Tim Murray is the Executive
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Cross Match
Technologies. Prior to joining Cross Match in November 2002,
Murray was the CEO of RiverSoft Technologies, a leading
network management software company listed on the London
Stock Exchange.
He previously spent 21 years at AT&T, where as President
of the Business Network Services division he was responsible
for the $20b dollar voice and data business of AT&T's
business customer segment.
Tim Murray holds an M.S. in Management and Industrial
Engineering and a B.S., cum laude, from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.

Vikesh Mahendroo
Board Director
Vikesh Mahendroo is the President
of William M. Mercer, Inc., a $1.6 billion global consulting
firm that helps its clients use the power of their people to
enhance business success. With a spread over 30 countries
and 17,000 clients, it is among the top HR consulting firms
in the world.
He joined Mercer in 1984, working in the human resource
and finance areas in New York. In 1987, he transferred to
the Cleveland office as an executive compensation consultant
and became office head in 1988. He was appointed U.S.
Northeast region head in 1992 and executive vice president
in 1993. He served as president of the U.S. company from
1996. In addition, he regularly meets with HR executives in
various parts of the world to better understand their issues
and challenges as well as how Mercer can most effectively be
their partner.
Mr. Mahendroo has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in
Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University,
India, and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a member
of the American Compensation Association.
Before coming to the U.S. in 1983, Vikesh Mahendroo was a
member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and served
in Pondicherry and Mizoram.
Mahendroo is a member of the New York Chapter of the NNL
Club, a group of leading professionals of Indian origin; the
club’s objective is to enhance the profile of India/Indians
in the U.S. through sponsorship of selected Indo-American
activities. Vikesh and his wife Kiran live in Ridgewood, New
Jersey. They have two daughters, Shivani and Aditi.
