In 2001, Mr. Ajit Nair started his business venture (Aces international) as the founder and CEO

In 2003, after Aces International, Mr. Ajit Nair started a new business venture (PRoV international Inc) . The vision was to establish an IT services company committed to rapid deliveries and long-term customer relationships. The primary focus of PRoV international was multifold and had the following key goals set for it.

 Enable optimum cost savings to its customers by offering offshore based services
 Ensure and show flexibility in every aspect of the engagement right from start of the relationship
 Speed of execution at every phase of the relationship
 Envision to be a long term and trusted partner of choice to its customers

Mr. Nair’s vision for PRoV was to build on his previous success and client relationships in the IT services arena to develop a global workforce with the intention to provide end-to-end IT services for enterprise clients, while leveraging the low cost off-shore delivery model. In 2003 PRoV opened its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Since then it has been a growth path for PRoV to develop its global offices and key delivery centers in the Philippines (year 2006) and India (year 2008)
